GENERAL RESOLUTIONS

Online shop www.sattrans.eu runs mail-order sales of satellite phones and accessories for satellite communication by the means of www.sattrans.eu

PURCHASE CONDITIONS

www.sattrans.eu online shop accepts orders 24/7

Orders can be placed exclusively by natural persons with full legal abilities, legal persons and other organizations running economic activity whom previously registered themselves in “Register” module and set-up their accounts in the online shop www.sattrans.eu

CONDITIONS ON PLACING AND REALIZING ORDERS

A basic conditions of EXECUTION of purchases via the online shop is a correct order placed on the web page, properly selected payment method and properly selected means of product or products’ shipment. After placing the order and after registration the customer shall receive an e-mail with the contents of the order or registration data and an activation link which clicking will approve the order or registration.

Order execution procedure is started immediately after the payment is admitted on Sattrans EU bank account.

All prices in the online shop include VAT and proper customs duty. Price shown next to a specific product is not binding in the moment of the order being placed. The online shop reserves the law to correct the price of its products on special conditions before the execution of the order. Such correction will be agreed with the customer on each occasion.

Basically 1 pc of each product is available. In order to determine wheter it is possible to order a bigger quantity of some products the customer should contact Sattrans EU sales division before placing the order.

Pruchased products can only be delivered to the address specified in the order. Any modification of this address is possible only before dispatching the products to the buyer.  In order to change the shipping address the customer needs to contact the online shop via e-mail.

The buyer is obliged to collect the shipment.

In case of the shipment being returned back to the sender, after an unsuccessful attempt of delivery to the address specified in the order form an repeated shipment will only be possible after the customer will pay for the shipment of the returned products.

Until the online shop receives full payment for the ordered products it remains the sole owner of shipped products.

ORDER EXECUTION AND DELIVERY TIME

Buyers are being informed about each change of the order status via e-mail send to the address specified in the registry form.  In case of shipment by the means of UPS the buyer has the possibility of tracking the shipment via UPS online service.

Order execution for most of the products can take up to 3 working days which includes the delivery time and is counted from the moment the payment is registered on Sattrans EU bank account.

Sattrans EU does its best to make sure that information on products’ availability is always valid, however in special conditions of sudden change of availability of those products either in our stock or that of our suppliers the availability information may vary. In such cases the customer is informed on the expected delivery date via e-mail. In the case that the new delivery time is not satisfactory for the customer he may cancel his order.

In a situation that an order contains a number of products of which some are temporary not available the customer is informed on the expected time of availability of those products and is asked to decide what course of action should be taken (partial execution, elongating the time of order execution, cancelling the order)

PAYMENT METHODS

Proper payment methods for natural persons, legal persons and other organizations are:

-          prepayment – credit card payment to the Sattrans EU bank account

-          prepayment – bank transfer to the Sattrans EU bank account   

RETURNS

The customer may deviate from the agreement without providing any explanation by providing a proper written statement within 10 days since the dispatch date.  To keep this deadline the ship out date of the statement is required.

In a situation that the customer decides to deviate from the agreement  he should send back the products in original packaging within 10 days since the date when they were delivered.  The buyer is being charged for this shipment.

Returns are accepted only in case of products not used (with no signs of being used) and in original packaging (if the product was packed). A product cannot be returned if the customer removed the packaging (e.g. display protective foil) and/or any protective seals.

The invoice must be attached to a returned product.

If all the conditions mentioned above are fulfilled the payment – price of the product (shipping cost are not refunded) – will be returned to the customer within 7 working days since the day of delivery of returned products to Sattrans EU by the means of a bank transfer to an account specified by the customer.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

 All products purchased in our shop are with a quality warranty. In case of noticing any flaws of a products or damages which were inflicted during transport the customer may send back the product.

Any claimed products should be send back to Sattrans EU within 14 days since its delivery date. Sattrans EU will not accept any C.O.D. deliveries.

Any claimed products should have the invoice attached along with a written statement which explains the reason of the specific warranty claim. This statement should also contain bank account information which should be used to return the payment to the customer.

Sattrans EU is obliged to exchange the claimed product to a standard value product and to return all shipping expenses made by the customer to return the product to Sattrans EU. If the exchange of any product is impossible the online shop will return the payment to the customer  immediately after the claim is considered.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

www.sattrans.eu online shop cannot be held liable for orders unrealized because of reasons not dependable on Sattrans EU e.g. faulty operation of internet, sudden stock depletion

www.sattrans.eu online shop cannot be held liable for orders placed by third party persons using an e-mail account and password of our customers

www.sattrans.eu online shop can be held liable only up to the amount of the order and cannot be held liable for any harms caused by the lack of order improper execution or lack of such execution.

www.sattrans.eu online shop guarantees its customers personal data protection in accordance with applicable laws – Act on personal data protection from 29.08.1997 (Dz. U. z 2002 r., nr 101, poz. 926 z późn. zm.) Any data of the customer will only be used during order execution procedures and for advertisement materials distribution – if the customer will agree to that. Customer personal data will not be passed to any third party persons or companies. Means of storing this information will prevent any unauthorized persons from accessing it.

All customers have the right to access and correct their personal data

FINAL PROVISIONS

The relevant provisions of the Civil Code (Act from 27.07.2002 on specific conditions of consumer sale – Dz. U. nr 141, poz. 1176 z późn. zm.) shall govern matters not regulated herein.

Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be settled by the court competent for the Sattrans EU registered office.
